Cheer Portraits

As a former cheerleader and coach, I know just how hard your athletes work and how passionate they are about their sport! I can’t wait to make them feel like the cheer-lebrities they are! Your athletes deserve to look at their photos and feel like the same elite athletes they see on Instagram and ESPN! A great photography experience can be just what your athlete needs to boost their confidence and help them be the best athlete they can be! I am honored to have been chosen to provide a positive atmosphere and stunning photos of your athlete!

Please follow the guidelines below to ensure that everyone’s experience goes as smoothly as possible:

​

• Athletes have been divided into groups to keep the studio from getting too crowded and to minimize wait times. Groups will be organized by selected packages and age. I will do my best to place siblings and besties in the same group for your convenience.

 

• Please arrive on time for your group’s time slot. You may leave after your athlete has been photographed. 
   

• Athletes will be photographed in order of age, readiness, and what skills they will be doing. The skill they choose and what leg they choose to do it on will determine placement of lighting equipment.

 

• Please arrive ready to be photographed. (Dressed in uniform, hair and makeup done, no jewelry, or nail polish).​

• Hair and makeup do not need to be competition style. Hair should be down and styled how your daughter feels most confident. Soft curls photograph best. Makeup should be light and natural. Please avoid red eye shadow and dark lipstick. There is a dressing room if needed. 

• Please arrive in easy to change shoes and CARRY your cheer shoes in to keep the bottom of your shoes and our white studio floors clean. Some poses and skills will show the bottom of your athlete’s shoes.​

 

• If you have purchased the All Star Package, please have your athlete stretch and warm up their skills as soon as they arrive. (I recommend a good stretch at home before your session as well.) Please make sure your athlete does not attempt a skill they have not mastered.
  Examples of Skill Poses: Pretty Girl, Heel Stretch, Scorpion, Arabesque, Needle, Bow and Arrow, Splits. Sitting and laying poses can also be done in the All Star Package.
